1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the initial service purchase or project start date.
  • Services that have been partially or fully delivered are not eligible for a full refund.
  • Custom software development, digital services, or tailored IT solutions are non-refundable once work has commenced.

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Domain name registrations, third-party licenses, and hosting services.
  • Consulting sessions or hours already consumed.
  • Completed projects, delivered source code, or signed-off milestones.

3. Process for Requesting a Refund

  1. Submit a refund request via email to support@oxeir.com with your service details and reason for the request.
  2. Our team will review your request within 5 business days.
  3. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • First, check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@oxeir.com.
